Hello!
I have shitty fps when raiding and when I'm in dalaran etc, its around 20 fps. I'm using the lowest graphics settings to even be able to play.
With explorer process shutdown and only WoW active I have around 50% CPU Usage and 1gb of 2gb total RAM usage.

Motherboard specs: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docu ... 20&lang=en
Other specs: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docu ... 20&lang=en

So I've been wondering if it's the gfx card or the cpu that makes the bad fps, or both..
Found this gfx card: http://www.icd.se/index.php?main_page=p ... ts_id=1242
But I'm not sure if I will be able to use it with my current motherboard etc.
Please help me!

If you have the newest driver you should uninstall those, as blizzard wrote a few days back the newest drivers does this.

From your gfx card.

But now that i see you got a ATI card, so nvm this, think the slow drivers was on nvidia cards.

Hardware is horribly hard to compare these days as every bit of kit has an unfathomable string of characters after it that only start to make sense after you google for them. All I can say is if the comp came with 2GB of RAM installed it might be a bit old now. Mine has 3GB and it struggles with the Marrowgar fight - it's probably going to need upgrading in the next year.

Sorry to say that your graphics card sucks balls :)
take a look here - the 2400XT is something like 20% faster than your 'non-XT' card, and even the XT struggles here (in ancient games, at crappy low resolutions).

Your motherboard is fine, it'll take any modern graphics card. The limiting factors will be:
1) Does it fit in your case
2) Can your power supply handle it.

The links you've posted don't give me any info about your power supply. You'll have to crack open the case and take a look but the things to check are how many watts it can provide, and also check if it has any PCI-E power connectors. These are the sort of cards you should be aiming for:
350-430W Power supply, no PCI-E connectors - Nvidia GT220
350-430W Power supply, with PCI-E connector - Radeon 4650/4670 or Nvidia GT240
430W+ Power supply, with PCI-E connector - Radeon 5570/5670

Go for the highest model number you have the power supply for. The £65 5670 is SIX TIMES more powerful than the £35 4350, so buying the low-end cards to save money is not clever!

no PCI-E connector on PSU -> use molex to PCI-E connectors obv (the card i bought recently said not to use these even though they put one in the box el oh el)
